I literally had no idea how much I over ate until I logged all my meals today on my fitness pal. Like for real I went over fifty calories and I could have eaten like two hundred more. I will definitely takin calorie tracking more seriously

so i know i know i know i am not on this blog often but i am going to try !
so lately i have been eating pretty clean and i am super proud of myself! i mean only like 2 days but still! like it has gotten me excited to keep going and actually stick with it.
i haven’t had soda in 2 days! which for me is super good because i always have a diet coke with lunch or dinner ( i would never have more than 1 soda a day ! which is good)
i am trying to follow sorta the premise of the Prism diet. it is a very natural kind of diet. not a lot of processed food, fruits and veggies and no sugar added things. it’s an easy concept to grasp (somethings are a little complicated) but i just kinda do my own thing and incorporate that in with Prism so we will see how it works out!
my biggest weakness is exercise though! just started is the hardest part, afterwords you get used to it, but its always that first step! anyway i’ll keep ya’ll updated! hopefully i do the 30DS tomorrow!
