Craving a cup of tea! I can’t wait for fall it is prime tea drinking season.

Snack/sorta lunch! Turkey hummus and salt and pepper cashews. Going to mall later so I might eat something there. Hopefully this keeps me going for a day of shopping !

I literally had no idea how much I over ate until I logged all my meals today on my fitness pal. Like for real I went over fifty calories and I could have eaten like two hundred more. I will definitely takin calorie tracking more seriously
